Monthly Events
- Saturday Gardening Party
Our monthly work parties offer the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in planting, pruning, hot composting, and much more. Dress for the weather, snacks are provided. First Saturday of the month, 9 a.m. to noon. - Bradner Garden Leads Meeting
Meeting is open to everyone, please email info@bradnergardenspark.org to add an item to the agenda. The third Tuesday of each month (no meeting in December), 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.

- Summer Jazz Concert
Spread a picnic blanket on the lawn and enjoy the Latin jazz-inspired music of the Jim O'Halleran Quintet as the sun sets over the Seattle skyline. This event is free but donations are warmly accepted. August 14th, 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. - Halloween Costume Party and Cider
Pressing
This fun event is co-sponsored by the Mt. Baker Preschool. Come in costume (or not), bring apples (and pears) if you have them, and a clean container for taking home fresh-pressed juice. Fruit should be organically grown, but doesn't need to be in pristine condition. Also, new this year we'll have a short tutorial on making hard cider! (Adults only, behind the building!) October 31st, 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. - The Bradner Burn
Start your New Year's Eve celebrations off right by purging the old and welcoming the new! Toss your regrets, and your hopes for the new year, into the Bradner Burn Barrel, and squeal with your friends and neighbors as they quite literally go up in flames! Feel free to bring comestibles to share if you desire. December 31st, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Learn the soil-building and successive planting techniques which allow you to get the most out of your small garden space. - Spring Plant Sale
Our plant sale is one of the best! We'll have vegetable starts, including an extensive selection of heirloom tomatoes, plus many ornamentals culled from the border. See the plant in its mature state before you buy! Garden experts will be on hand to help you make your selection. And don't forget to treat yourself to a delicious pastry and cup o' joe before you go! May 22nd, 10:00 to 1:00 pm. - Drip Irrigation Workshop
Professional garden designer Cheryl Petterson will teach you how to plan, install, and maintain a drip irrigation system in your home garden.
